- Osteoporosis recent Dx (no Hx of #s)
- GORD
- Stress urinary incontinence
Investigations:
- Auscultation: decreased AE (R) MZ, evident coarse crackles bibasally
- CXR: Increased opacity bibasally R>L, mild opacity (R) middle zone
- Chest CT: nodular densities bibasally R>L
- Spirometry: FEV1 65%
